The Consortium is a non-profit group that helps people living with HIV and AIDS pay for certain medical bills, and some non-medical needs such as rent, utilities, transportation to doctors, groceries, etc. The federal Government gives Consortia funds from 2 programs - "Ryan White" and "HOPWA". HIV case managers can access these funds from the Consortium to help with the needs mentioned above. HELP IS AVAILABLE!
